Since last month, KLIPING Skopje has added a new tool for monitoring and analysis of social networks - METRICOM to its range of services. How it works: Metricom searches for relevant Macedonian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian and Bosnian portals, comments under articles in portals, forums, Usenet and social networks: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram. Using this tool, despite the found articles, it is possible to determine their sentiment. The first user in Macedonia to use this tool was the organizer of the AllWeb conference on digital marketing, the agency Newmedia (www.newmedia.mk) for which KLIPING Skopje made a quantitative and qualitative analysis of social networks. In the period from October 13 to November 24, 2015, Metricom was used on the social networks: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
